Runein publishes dated comparisons of the hosting and automation stacks that people actually run in production. It is a one-person reference site: small, slow-moving, and built around figures you can check.

Who runs it

Runein is written and maintained by the site operator — an independent developer who deploys and pays for these stacks directly. There is no editorial team, no newsroom and no sponsored section. Questions, corrections and vendor price changes go to [email protected], which is read by the same person who writes the pages.

How the numbers are collected

• Every price, CPU/RAM allocation, execution limit and storage figure is read from the provider’s own pricing page, documentation or service terms — not from an aggregator, a review roundup or a blog post.
• The date of that reading is printed on the page and in every row of the data file. If a vendor changes its page tomorrow, the row is still true as of the date shown, and gets re-read rather than silently updated.
• Where a provider does not publish something (an overage price, a database limit, a fair-use ceiling), the field says not published. It is never filled with an estimate presented as a fact.
• The underlying table is downloadable as CSV so that the source rows can be reused and checked line by line.

What this site does not do

• It does not rank providers by who pays the most. Payment does not buy position, wording, or a row.
• It does not publish “best of” lists built from other people’s tests. If a claim is not read from a first-party source or run here, it is not published.
• It does not sell your data. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.

How to correct something

If a figure is wrong or out of date, send the page URL, the row, and the first-party source that shows the current value to [email protected]. Corrections are applied to the row and the “read on” date is updated with it.
